• An apparel brand or creator’s digital operating system to launch and run their business.
• An AI‑agentic framework, contracts, and APIs that cover end‑to‑end creation‑to‑closet functionality, from 3D volumetric design and collection creation to payments, orders, inventory management, and niche processes specific to Resonance workflows.
• Internal value‑chain routing, organization, and optimization of garment manufacturing with future analytics and machine‑learning functions for continual learning and optimization.

As a Senior AI Engineer at Resonance you will deploy cutting‑edge AI solutions for internal processes and client‑facing products, pushing the boundaries of what is possible to revolutionize the fashion industry. You will develop practical AI solutions, including machine‑learning and large‑language‑model applications, initially focusing on Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG). You will contribute to the design and implementation of these AI‑driven systems, working closely with a multidisciplinary team of engineers and domain experts as well as other teams within Resonance.

• Own the design, development, and deployment of software solutions that build innovative AI tools and models.
• Build and maintain the data‑curation pipelines to feed machine‑learning models.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with product managers and domain experts to discover, build, and iterate on innovative features and products.
• Rapidly develop proofs‑of‑concept to test new ideas and hypotheses, efficiently validating and evolving our software solutions in alignment with strategic objectives.
• Stay up to date on emerging trends and advancements in AI, LLMs, and software‑development best practices.

• Master’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 7 years of software‑development experience, with a track record of launching and scaling new products, especially in 0‑1 settings.
• Experience with AI and machine‑learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., Tensor Flow, PyTorch, Scikit‑learn, agent and RAG frameworks).
• Exceptional collaboration and communication skills, adept at translating complex technical concepts into clear actionable insights for stakeholders across disciplines.
• Hands‑on experience with AI technologies, particularly LLM‑RAG and machine‑learning.
• Comfortable with cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and end‑to‑end cloud‑native deployment (e.g., Kubernetes, Git Ops).
