As a Machine Learning Engineer, you’ll work directly with our CTO and CEO.

Small businesses have been crushed by landlords and big businesses armed with superior data. That ends now. Your mission? Build the system that levels the playing field — arming America’s grittiest entrepreneurs with the data, insights, and strategies to not just compete but dominate.

You’ll work closely with our engineering and investing teams to take their workflows and build out robust models to arm small businesses with tools that will help them use data to their advantage.

• Build the backbone. Design and develop our data model to support AI features in our digital app.

• Supercharge the experience. Leverage 1st and 3rd party real estate and business data to build analyses and models that enable small business owners to make the smartest real estate decisions possible.

• Build our recommendation engine. From finding the right space to most efficiently closing the transaction.

• Data obsessed. You can take data from many sources and turn it into a cohesive system for recommendations and search.

• Technically brilliant. Peers see you as as one of the most technically talented engineers they’ve worked with.

• ML pro. You have experience working with ML tooling and know when it’s time to leverage a logistic regression vs. a neural net.
