Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic Production Support team. In this role you will handle admin and enhancement tickets, and assist in the design, development, and deployment of scalable Salesforce solutions that support our business objectives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor junior developers, and ensure best practices in Salesforce development and integration.
Key Responsibilities- Design and implement customized solutions within the Salesforce platform using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Flows.
- Participate in technical architecture discussions and code reviews.
- Collaborate with functional teams to determine the best implementation approach (declarative vs programmatic vs App Exchange).
- Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Translate business requirements into well‑architected solutions.
- Manage the full software development lifecycle, including testing, deployment, and documentation.
- Ensure delivery of highly secure, performance‑optimized solutions built to scale.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align solutions with business goals.
- Provide technical mentorship whenever needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 6+ years of hands‑on Salesforce development experience.
- Strong expertise in Apex, VF, Lightning, integrations, and executing data migrations and Salesforce APIs.
- Experience with Salesforce Dev Ops tools (e.g., Git, Copado).
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (required).
- Salesforce Platform Developer II or other advanced certifications (preferred).
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience with Service Cloud or Energy & Utilities Cloud.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.
- Familiarity with data migration tools like Data Loader or Mule Soft.
