We're seeking an experienced Appian Engineer to lead the design, development, and optimization of complex processes using Appian technology. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Appian development, excellent problem‑solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.

• Appian Development:
  Strong experience in designing and developing Appian applications, including process models, data models, user interfaces, and integration with external systems.
• Technical Leadership:
  Proven ability to provide technical guidance and expertise throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Appian Best Practices:
  Strong understanding of Appian best practices and standards, with a focus on code quality, performance optimization, and security.
• Collaboration:
  
  Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams.

• Latest Appian Releases:
  Knowledge of the latest Appian releases and features, with the ability to evaluate their applicability to improve existing solutions.
• Mentoring:
  Experience mentoring other developers and providing constructive feedback to maintain high‑quality standards.
• Project Management:
  Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.

• Design and develop Appian applications from start to finish.
• Provide technical guidance and expertise throughout the software development lifecycle.

• Perform code reviews, test case reviews, and deployment reviews.
