Summary and Overview of the Position

As a Full Stack Developer
, you will have the opportunity to work across markets such as US, UK, Singapore, and India and will be responsible for working on both front-end and back-end development processes. You will be responsible to design, develop, and maintain fully-fledged and functioning platforms with databases or servers.

This role comes with the responsibility to produce scalable software solutions. You’ll be part of a cross-functional team that’s responsible for the full software development life cycle, from conception to deployment. If you are a self-starter, proactive, someone who looks to take initiative, and can thrive in a young, entrepreneurial environment, this role will be most suited for you, as you develop and grow your expertise multi geographically.

Primary responsibilities include and are not restricted to the following.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner closely with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver best-in‑class user experiences.
• Translate business and user requirements into actionable development tasks.
• Build strong feedback loops with QA, Dev Ops, and project management to streamline releases.

UI/UX and Back‑End Design

• Develop intuitive and responsive user interfaces in collaboration with UX/UI designers.
• Implement robust, scalable back‑end logic aligned with project needs.
• Ensure seamless integration between front‑end and back‑end systems for frictionless workflows.
• Design and document modular, scalable system architectures supporting future growth.
• Select suitable frameworks, platforms, and technologies for both front‑ and back‑end components.
• Ensure all architecture decisions align with security and maintainability standards

Database & Application Management

• Develop, optimize, and maintain relational and non‑relational databases to power application logic.
• Implement efficient data storage, retrieval, caching, and indexing strategies for performance at scale.
• Manage deployment pipelines, monitoring solutions, and troubleshooting procedures for live environments.

Agile & Development Standards

• Adhere to agile development methodologies, participating in daily stand‑ups, retrospectives, and sprint planning.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well‑documented code following team‑defined best practices.
• Drive code reviews, automated testing, and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) workflows.

Secure Coding Practices

• Apply secure coding principles throughout the development lifecycle to address risks such as SQL injection, XSS, CSRF, and data leaks.
• Conduct vulnerability assessments and remediate identified risks proactively.
• Maintain strict version control and access management across all codebases.

API Development & Integration

• Design, build, and document RESTful and Graph
  
  QL APIs for both internal and external use‑cases.
• Integrate third‑party APIs and services while adhering to security and scalability requirements.
• Monitor, maintain, and optimize API performance and uptime.

Security & Data Protection

• Implement authentication, authorization, and encryption mechanisms to guard sensitive data.
• Monitor compliance with internal security policies and external regulations (e.g., GDPR).
• Conduct regular reviews of data access, storage, and transmission processes to ensure end‑to‑end protection.

Technical Documentation

• Author, update, and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, API references, and integration guides.
• Ensure documentation is accessible and useful to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Maintain logs, troubleshooting guides, and knowledge‑base articles for ongoing system support.
