Full Stack AI Engineer

Overview

Hiring Agents.ai is building AI-native, production-grade agentic systems for talent acquisition. We operate live AI agents that interact with thousands of users semi-autonomously in real production environments.

This is a high-impact, execution-focused role. You will work directly with the founder and core engineering team.

• Build and ship features across an AI-native product stack
• Design, implement, and improve agentic systems powered by LLMs
• Work with production AI agents handling real user interactions at scale
• Contribute across backend and frontend where needed
• Collaborate closely with product and engineering to move fast from idea to production
• Leverage AI-assisted development workflows to maximize velocity

• Type Script across the stack
• React Native for frontend
• Deno for backend runtime
• Vercel for deployment
• LLMs and agent frameworks in production
• Modern observability and logging (for example Sentry)
• AI-native development workflows (Claude, GPT, copilots, etc.)

• Senior engineer with strong hands-on experience (at least 5 years of experience)
• Prior experience deploying LLM-powered systems or agents into production
• Comfortable working in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
• Strong Type Script experience
• Experience with modern cloud and serverless environments
• Pragmatic mindset, focused on shipping, not over-engineering
• Actively embraces AI-assisted coding and tooling
• Not interested in purely manual, anti-AI development approaches

• Experience with agent orchestration patterns
• Experience building systems that operate autonomously or semi-autonomously
• Background in startups or high-velocity product teams

• Contract role
• Initial engagement expected to be full-time
• Target start as soon as possible
• Longer-term extension very likely if the collaboration is successful
• Flexible duration, typically mid to long term engagements
