My client is a VC backed blockchain Start-up who have developed an accountability protocol that helps you achieve your goals by integrating financial stakes into your personal life. Using your phone and wearable data as a verifiable source of truth, anything measurable by your devices—fitness data, sleep, screen time—becomes the foundation for commitment contracts. Stake $50 to run 10 miles this week, or $500 to quit Instagram this month.

We are hiring a Founding Engineer to accelerate development of our consumer-facing native iOS app. We’re building an accountability protocol, a new consumer primitive that integrates financial stakes into people’s personal goals. We leverage blockchain rails behind the scenes for compliant custody, escrow, and yield generation.

• Work directly with the cofounders (ex Dragonfly Capital) and (ex Apple + Google)
• Ship high-quality, production-ready Swift code to build a beautiful, fast, native iOS app from the early stages
• Contribute to backend/API design to support clean, simple on-chain interactions.
• Wear different hats, own large chunks of the product, and have autonomy.

• 2 – 8 years of experience as a software engineer with a track record of building full stack or iOS application
• Experience at a company with a high bar for engineering where they were working in Swift UI or React Native on the frontend.
• Previous work or interest in Fintech, Healthtech, Crypto, or Blockchain
• Previously worked in a high growth startup (crypto or consumer is a plus)
• Someone who has built their own iOS apps or owned large parts of a product
• Full- stack mobile capabilities to build features end- to- end without hand holding, will be frontend focused
• Swift as primary framework (or exceptional React Native engineers excited to ramp up on Swift)
• Ability to contribute to backend/API design
• Strong product intuition to make product decisions independently
• View being on the founding team as part of their story and self- growth, not just another job
• Demonstrated history of building outside of work/school (projects/products, Web3, music, art, etc. )
