Their technology team supports a broad portfolio of enterprise systems and is seeking an experienced Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Engineer to support and enhance a mission-critical CRM and Contact Center environment.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$50/hr - $65/hr

Position Overview:

The Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Engineer will serve as a technical owner of an enterprise Dynamics 365 CRM and Contact Center platform and the surrounding Microsoft Power Platform environment. This role is highly hands-on and will focus on custom development, integrations, platform enhancements, and technical architecture.

Responsibilities of the Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Engineer:

Own solution architecture, custom development, and enhancements within Dynamics 365 CRM and Contact Center.
Develop custom solutions using C#, JavaScript, .NET, and the Dynamics 365 SDK.
Build and maintain plugins and custom workflows.
Develop solutions across Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages, and Power Virtual Agents.
Design and support integrations with Azure services, APIs, and third-party applications.
Manage deployments and source control through Azure Dev Ops.
Support platform performance, security, role-based access, and data integrity.
Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide escalated platform support.
Maintain technical documentation and engineering standards.
Partner with technical and business stakeholders on platform enhancements.
Support SharePoint integrations and emerging Microsoft AI capabilities.

Required Experience/Skills for the Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Engineer:

5+ years of hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Dynamics CRM experience.
Strong custom development experience using C#, .NET, JavaScript, and the Dynamics 365 SDK.
Experience developing Dynamics 365 plugins and custom workflows.
Strong Microsoft Power Platform experience, particularly Power Apps and Power Automate.
Experience integrating Dynamics 365 with Azure services and APIs.
Familiarity with Azure Dev Ops for deployments and source control.
Working knowledge of SQL Server, relational data modeling, and ETL.
Strong understanding of CRM development principles, SDLC, and SaaS best practices.
Ability to take technical ownership of a Dynamics 365 environment.
Ability to travel regularly.

Preferred Experience /Skills for the Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Engineer:

Dynamics 365 Contact Center experience.
Power BI, Power Pages, and Power Virtual Agents experience.
Microsoft Copilot or Contact Center AI experience.
SharePoint Online administration.
Okta identity integration experience.
Stripe payment integration experience.
Experience working within a nonprofit environment.
Microsoft certifications such as PL-600, PL-400, or MB-210.

Education Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
