Indicative base salary: $110,000-$215,000
Triangle Workforce is recruiting a hands‑on engineering lead for enterprise application delivery. Develop shared services and reusable integration frameworks, guide architecture and security reviews, support CI/CD practices and coordinate delivery across engineers and business stakeholders. Manage priorities, project plans and technical resources while supporting releases and operational improvements.
Requirements: 7+ years relevant engineering experience and technical-team leadership; related technical degree; strong Java, REST services, SQL/No
SQL and event-driven systems; cloud and large-scale data processing; multi-system integration and data governance. Financial‑services experience, regulated systems and trade life cycles relevant. Strong delivery planning, problem-solving and stakeholder communication required.
