What You’ll Do

Ship user‑facing features end‑to‑end. Partner with our amazing engineering team to scope, build, and release production‑ready React screens, REST endpoints, and background services every sprint.
Own the code you write. Produce clean Type Script, well‑tuned SQL, and thorough automated tests, delivering zero‑downtime releases that raise our quality bar.
Turn workflow pain points into product wins. Immerse yourself in the admissions journey and translate insights into intuitive UI flows and dependable backend logic that delight customers.
Build internal tools that multiply velocity. Create dashboards, feature‑flag systems, and dev‑ops automations that let the whole team ship faster with total confidence.

What You’ll Bring

Bachelor's degree in computer science or similar technical field
5+ years of engineering experience with a focus on building highly scalable distributed systems
Self‑starter – you are comfortable rapidly learning new technologies and turning a high‑level task into a game plan
Demonstrated ability to triage and prioritize production incidents efficiently
Ownership mentality and resourcefulness
Organized, high attention to detail, with emphasis on quality code, automation, validation and testing
Experience with AWS, LLMs, Type Script, PostgreSQL
Strong ability to translate technical concepts into accessible language for cross‑functional teams and stakeholders
Experience with building automated workflows
