  • Contribute to internal AI initiatives, including LLM-enabled workflows and AI-assisted developer tools.
  • Collaborate with engineers and business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into practical technical solutions.
  • Document work clearly and communicate progress, questions, and findings to the engineering team.
Qualifications

  • Coursework, projects, internships, or other experience demonstrating programming ability.
  • Familiarity with Python and SQL; experience with web automation or data extraction tools, such as Selenium, is a plus.
  • Interest in front-end development; familiarity with React, Angular, or similar frameworks is a plus.
  • Interest in AI-assisted development tools, such as Claude Code, Cursor, or Git Hub Copilot.
  • Ability to work collaboratively, take ownership of assigned work, and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Experience or coursework involving financial markets, mortgage-backed securities, portfolio-management systems, or accounting systems is helpful but not required.
