In this role, you’ll identify where the best models fall short, design the environments, tasks, and rewards that teach them to do better, and scale the delivery of high-quality datasets. You’ll also help build the infrastructure that makes this possible.
What you’ll do- Design and build RL environments, evaluations, and data.
- Develop the internal platform that supports this work, including the infrastructure to run hundreds of thousands of tasks at scale, calibrate them efficiently, and coordinate agent teams.
- Work directly with researchers, engineers, and procurement at leading AI labs to shape datasets.
- Strong software engineering skills and the ability to own complex systems end to end.
- Hands-on experience with agents, evaluations, or RL workflows.
- Experience working at a fast-moving organization.
