Learn more at .About the roleASoftware Engineer contributes to the design, implementation, and maintenance of the company's cloud infrastructure, platforms, and internal tools. This role focuses on improving the efficiency, reliability, and scalability of systems that power Core Weave's infrastructure validation and performance testing. You’ll partner with fleet, product, and hardware teams to evolve our GPU performance testing platform to ensure we deliver a reliable and performant experience to our customers.

What you’ll do Implement and maintain solutions to problems of scale for testing and validation of Core Weave’s global infrastructure.

Develop and improve performance tests and automation workflows to expand hardware validation across the Core Weave fleet.

Troubleshoot and maintain Kubernetes custom controllers and operators that automate infrastructure testing.

Adapt and extend open source tooling to enhance visibility into system metrics, performance, and health.

Participate in an on-call rotation.

What we’re looking forIC4: ~5–8 years

Competency in Go and/or Python software development.

Hands-on experience with Kubernetes at production scale.

Nice to have Experience building backend services.

Experience testing hardware  Experience.

Experience with AI/ML infrastructure and training / inference.

The base salary range for this role is $ - $. The starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation. In addition to base salary, our total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program (all based on eligibility).
