Software Engineering Intern

Easel is a globally distributed platform for deploying websites, applications, and AI workloads to the edge. We're building the next generation of infrastructure developers can trust: modern developer experience, transparent pricing, and no vendor games.

As an intern, you'll work on production code from week one. You'll work directly alongside Easel's founder, helping build real features used by real developers.

This isn't a large-company internship.

You won't spend the summer fixing low-priority tickets or sitting through meetings. You'll work on the dashboard, CLI, documentation, and platform infrastructure, shipping code that reaches production and learning how an infrastructure company is built from the inside.

• Build and improve parts of the dashboard, CLI, documentation, and platform
• Write tests, fix bugs, and improve developer-facing experiences
• Learn how deployment systems, billing, infrastructure, and developer tooling fit together
• Work directly with the founder to scope projects, review code, and ship features
• Contribute code that reaches production and is used by real customers

• You're studying computer science, attending a bootcamp, or self-taught; curiosity and follow-through matter more than credentials
• You're comfortable with Type Script and at least one of React, Go, or Node.js
• You've built something you're proud of, whether that's a side project, open-source contribution, startup, or coursework
• You enjoy learning independently and figuring things out
• You can work in person in New York for the duration of the internship

• A paid internship with a competitive stipend
• Direct mentorship from the founder
• Real ownership and meaningful projects
• Production code shipped to real users
• A front-row seat to how an early-stage infrastructure company is built
