Software Engineer, Mobile; Android, Kotlin, Full Stack

Build and deliver customer-facing native mobile experiences while contributing across services, APIs, and web applications. This mobile-first role focuses primarily on Android development in Kotlin and offers end-to-end feature ownership within a large enterprise technology environment.

• Build and ship features for native mobile applications, primarily Android applications written in Kotlin.
• Contribute to backend services, APIs, and web applications when needed.
• Use AI-powered development tools to understand unfamiliar code and deliver high-quality work.
• Participate in technical design, code reviews, and production support.
• Collaborate with Product, UX, and partner engineering teams, while supporting the growth of other engineers.

• At least 4 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Hands-on native mobile development experience, ideally Android with Kotlin and Jetpack.
• iOS and Swift experience is welcome.
• Flutter or React Native experience is also relevant when paired with some native mobile development experience.
• Production experience beyond mobile, such as backend services, APIs, or web applications.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals in design, testing, and debugging.
• Comfort using AI coding tools such as Copilot, Cursor, or Claude.
• Clear communication skills and a collaborative, curious approach.

• Exposure to LLM-powered features, including RAG, embeddings, or agents.
• Experience with accessibility standards.
• Experience building applications involving accounts, payments, or orders.
• Applicants do not need every preferred qualification to be considered.

Full-time, hourly W-2 employment supporting an enterprise client engineering organization. Reliable weekday availability for at least 40 hours per week is required.

$50 to $90 per hour.
