Lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-scale data solutions.
Establish and enforce data engineering standards, development practices, and delivery approaches.
Provide technical leadership across data ingestion, transformation, storage, and consumption capabilities.
Lead the development of scalable batch and event-driven data pipelines.
Build reusable data products and data services that support enterprise analytics,reporting, AI, and integration initiatives.
Implement and maintain canonical data models and shared data assets.
Develop robust data transformation and enrichment capabilities.
Drive standardization, reuse, and simplification across data assets and engineering solutions.
Partner with the Architecture Team to implement enterprise data architecturestandards and target-state designs.
Translate architectural vision into practical engineering solutions.
Participate in architecture reviews, design governance forums, and technology evaluations.
Ensure solutions align with enterprise integration patterns, data standards, and canonical models.
Provide engineering feedback on future-state architecture and modernization opportunities.
Serve as the primary engineering representative for Data Foundation solution design and implementation decisions
Required Qualifications Experience
10+ years of experience in data engineering, software engineering, or enterprise data platform development.
5+ years of technical leadership experience leading engineering teams or large-scale data initiatives.
Proven experience designing and delivering enterprise data platforms, pipelines,and data products.
Technical Skills Advanced SQL and data modeling expertise.
Strong Python and PySpark development experience.
Deep understanding of ETL and ELT architecture patterns.
Experience implementing Master Data Management solutions.
Experience building RESTful APIs and data services.
Familiarity with GraphQL and modern integration approaches.
Understanding of microservices-based architectures.
Experience implementing event-driven and real-time data processing solutions.data lineage concepts.
