Qualifications:

4-10 years of experience as a full-stack engineer in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment
Strong computer science fundamentals and a degree from a top engineering program
Proven track record of leading development for large-scale, technically challenging products
Proficiency in frontend technologies (React, React Native) and backend frameworks (Node.js/Express, MongoDB)
Deep understanding of user-centered design and product development
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
