Stretch Lab Lake Grove is seeking certified dance and yoga/pilates instructors to join our team as FLEXOLOGISTS. This opportunity allows trainers to earn $22/hr – $28/hr plus tips for assisted stretching sessions.

• Deliver one‑on‑one assisted stretch sessions and lead group stretch classes for up to six clients.
• Encourage and motivate clients throughout stretch sessions.
• Build Stretch Lab membership and retain current clientele through sales and outreach to leads.
• Manage client care by delivering a best‑in‑class stretching experience, consistently updating client notes, and booking recurring appointments.
• Ensure the safety of clients by enforcing proper stretch techniques and Stretch Lab policies and safety rules.
• Handle member concerns when applicable.
• Assist Sales Associates and General Manager with studio tours and sales as needed.
• Maintain a strong social media presence to support client membership and retention.
• Clean and maintain all equipment to ensure it is available for client use at any given time.
• Attend staff meetings and required educational presentations.

• Bachelor’s or Fine Arts dance degree or equivalent or fitness certification required.
• Must be available to work 20+ hours a week.
• Love of boutique fitness environment is a must – passion for stretching, mobility, and flexibility.
• Experience working in a fitness/health environment providing hands‑on training with a client in roles such as Personal Trainer, Massage Therapist, Physical Therapist, Pilates, or Yoga Instructor.
• Fantastic communication skills and exudes empathy with the ability to create a positive environment that welcomes all people.
