As the Waterfront Director
, you will play a pivotal role in individuals' lives, making a significant impact through:

• Supervise, set up, and run all waterfront activities
• Make lifeguard assignments on beach, at boating and on docks
• Conduct lifeguard skill drills during training
• Develop and operate a waterfront team

Waterfront Director Minimum Salary: $325.00 per week

Waterfront Director Maximum Salary: $375.00 per week

Must be able to live on site for the entire camp season (June-August)

* Seasonal Position

• High school diploma or GED and some college
• CPR Certified
• Lifeguard Certification
• Previous experience as a lifeguard is preferred
• Experience supervising staff or leading a team
• Desire and ability to work with children
