Summer Camp Head of Girls Volleyball

Raquette Lake Girls Camp is seeking a Head of Volleyball to live, work and play with us at one of the finest residential summer camps in America. The Head of Volleyball will be a member of our senior staff and the position comes with appropriate compensation, all expenses covered, private housing, and time off.

Responsibilities would be to organize and structure several periods a day of volleyball for age groups ranging from 7-15 years old. You would provide instruction, play with the girls, motivate the lazy and challenge the committed. You would have skilled counselors to assist you. You would also be an integral member of the camp senior staff, participating in all aspects of camp life.

June 17 - August 13, 2026

Starting compensation begins at $525 per week x 8 weeks and will increase based on experience. Room and board are included and travel allowances are also available.

A volleyball junkie who is prepared to share your love of the game with our kids. You should have some coaching experience, and want to see kids develop a passion for volleyball through playing as compared to spending session after session doing drills. Someone who wants to join a fun group of people committed to making the summer camp experience outstanding for the kids, the staff and the adults.

• Previous overnight camp experience a plus
• Collegiate playing experience a plus
• A passion for volleyball and a desire to share that passion with our children should be clear

Our dates provide an excellent match to most high school and collegiate schedules, allowing you to seamlessly build Raquette Lake employment into your schedule. Build your coaching resume working with multiple age levels at a nationally-recognized summer camp. Excellent wifi/Internet service in private accommodations.
