Reformer Pilates Instructor

Responsibilities

• Lead safe, engaging, and effective group Pilates Reformer classes for clients of varying fitness levels.
• Provide clear instruction, modifications, and hands‑on or verbal cues to ensure proper form and injury prevention.
• Create a positive, motivating, and inclusive class experience.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe studio environment and equipment.
• Build strong relationships with clients and foster a sense of community.
• Arrive prepared and on time for all scheduled classes.
• Stay current with Pilates techniques, trends, and continuing education.
• Collaborate with studio management and team members as needed.

• Certified Pilates Reformer Instructor from a recognized program.
• Minimum of 1 year teaching experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, alignment, and movement principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Energetic, professional, and reliable.
• Ability to modify exercises for all levels and special considerations.
• CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain).

• Morning and/or evening availability preferred.
• Willingness to pick up additional classes as the schedule grows.
