The Role

This position will support Partnership Marketing account teams with the execution of sponsor related activities leading up to and during the 2023 US Open. Duties include but are not limited to:

• Office set up and breakdown
• Tracking of credentials and other materials
• Promotional booth operations
• Delivery of items to sponsor areas
• Premium giveaways and in-stadium promotions
• Special sponsor activities such as sponsor clinics
• Available to work approximately 60 hours per week
• Meal allowance and a limited uniform will be provided
• Moving of boxes that may weigh up to 40lbs; extensive walking on-site
• Must be able to start working the 2nd or 3rd week in August through September 12
• Must be capable of working at the USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center (Queens, New York)

Who You Are

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Heavy interest and/or experience in sponsorship or event marketing
• Strong work ethic
• Professional demeanor exposed to corporate executives

The expected range for the base salary for this position is $20 per hour. This range does not include any additional pay or benefits for which a person may qualify. The actual base salary offered is determined by several variables, including, as appropriate, the applicant's qualifications for the position, the years of relevant experience, their unique skills, and the location from which they will be performing the job.
