- Ticket Takers:
Collect game tickets for admission to Colgate athletic home events - Ticket Sellers:
Sell game tickets for Colgate athletic home events - Will Call Attendants:
Distribute game tickets from various constituents, following all NCAA, Patriot League, ECAC Hockey, and Colgate University policies - Ushers:
Assist fans to seats, secure the home facility, and provide event information - Parking Attendants:
Facilitate customers through the three parking lots for home football and men’s ice hockey games - Score Clock Operator(s):
Operate the scoreboard controller at Colgate athletic home events, working with the official crew during the game - Statisticians (basketball/volleyball only):
Track official game statistics, working with the official crew during games - Instant Replay Operator (basketball/volleyball/ice hockey only):
Track game situations and work with officials concerning the Instant Replay Program, attend mandatory training sessions prior to season - Instant Replay Spotter (Football only):
Assist the Instant Replay Operator in reviewable game situations during the game, working with officials - Penalty Box Personnel (Ice hockey only):
Assist during ice hockey games with penalty timing and goal placement/removal during intermissions - Kiosk Attendant (Ice hockey only):
Sell Colgate Athletics apparel at home events
- Must be dependable and able to work flexible hours, as needed
- Excellent customer service skills, able to stand for extended periods in various weather conditions
- Capable of working collegially with a diverse group of faculty, staff, and students daily
- Minimum age 18 years of age
