Season: Spring 2026

The Burnt Hills-Ballston Lake Central School District is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Boys Varsity Coach to join our athletics program. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about mentoring student-athletes, promoting teamwork, and fostering a positive, inclusive, and competitive environment.

• Planning and leading practices, drills, and team meetings.
• Coaching and motivating student-athletes in skill development, sportsmanship, and teamwork.
• Supervising students during games, events, and travel, ensuring safety and adherence to district policies.
• Communicating regularly with athletes, parents, and school staff regarding expectations, schedules, and progress.
• Supporting students’ academic and personal growth in collaboration with teachers and staff.
• Maintaining equipment and facilities as needed.
• Participating in professional development and coaching education opportunities.

• Prior experience coaching or playing the sport preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to mentor and inspire student-athletes while fostering a safe and inclusive environment.
• NYS Coaching Certification
