• Business Management:
  Build and maintain an active client base, manage schedules, and handle appointments.
• Sales & Marketing:
  Market and sell personal training programs through phone, email, and in‑person interactions.
• Client Services:
  Execute assessments, lead workouts, and provide hospitality to enhance club experience.
• Program Design:
  Create personalized plans for in‑person and virtual clients.
• Floor Management:
  Maintain an organized and safe fitness area during shifts.
• Professional Development:
  Participate in continuing education and team meetings; qualify for promotions.

• Current personal training certification or willingness to obtain through Equinox reimbursement program.
• Current CPR/AED certification; non‑certified applicants eligible for certification opportunities.
• Passion, ambition, drive, and knowledge of fitness.
• Ability to work in‑person weekdays and weekends.
• Strong verbal and written communication, effective time‑management, organizational, and basic computer skills.
• Energetic, friendly, punctual, and respectful demeanor.
