This is a commission-based, part-time position, not hourly. Commissions start at $70. We help advertise your services to the residents in the buildings and schedule the lessons. We charge for the lessons and pay you directly into your bank account.
Must have current CPR PLUS WSI or BSI certifications to be hired for this position.

Responsibilities- Provide professional, safe, and effective swim instruction offering ongoing motivation and feedback to class participants.
- Provide specific emphasis on safety and proper execution of movements
- Assist the site manager in the marketing, promotion, and tracking of classes
- Provides to management any feedback received from class participants
- Provides recommendations about industry trends, equipment recommendations, or ideas to enhance the swim program
- Follow all administrative procedures to track appointments and payroll
- Abides by uniform and grooming standards
- Must report all appointments/sessions and swim revenue to the site supervisor in the required timeframe and protocol
- Swim clients are clients of NFC Amenity Management
- A passion for teaching swimming
- Strong individual and team contributor.
