Head of Operations (Full time) – Fitnescity Health

Fitnescity was founded to give people access to the information they need to improve their fitness, nutrition and general health. We make health and wellness testing accessible to everyone, partnering with leading labs, hospitals and local clinics to offer consumer‑facing tests for fitness, nutrition and performance. Our customers range from individuals at the beginning of their fitness journey to world‑class professional athletes.

• Drive national expansion of wellness testing operations.
• Manage all aspects of operations for health and wellness tests completed by Fitnescity partner clinics and labs.
• Monitor and execute existing processes (80%) while developing and executing strategies to improve operational efficiency (20%).
• Collaborate with a small early‑stage team, providing direct exposure to cutting‑edge health and fitness technology.

• Leader in heart.
• Detail‑minded and process‑oriented; comfortable working with a lot of numbers.
• Analytical with a blend of strategic and operational focus.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced and dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication skills with experience in customer happiness.

• Undergraduate or graduate degree in Management.
• 4–6 years of experience in Operations.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Familiarity with the health and wellness industry.
