• Deliver engaging and skill-focused coaching sessions for individuals and groups of players, aligning with Nicol’s coaching methodology and curriculum.
• Assess players’ abilities, identify areas for improvement, and develop personalized training plans to help them achieve their goals.
• Provide constructive feedback and guidance to players, focusing on technique, strategy, physical conditioning, and mental aspects of the game.
• Create a positive and inclusive training environment that promotes sportsmanship and personal growth.
• Stay updated with the latest developments and trends in coaching, continuously enhancing your own knowledge and skills.
• Collaborate with other coaches and staff members to ensure seamless coordination of programs, events, and competitions.
• Build strong relationships with players, parents, and the Nicol community, fostering a sense of belonging and a love for the sport.
• Adhere to all safety guidelines, club policies, and professional standards in coaching practices.
• Full-time:
  Contribute to the growth and promotion of Nicol through participation in marketing and outreach activities, such as clinics, workshops, and community events.

  Monitor individual metrics and KPIs to reach specific goals that drive Nicol’s success and expands our reach.

• At least 3 years of prior coaching experience
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Computer and google suite skills
• Demonstrates excitement to learn and grow a squash program
• High level of energy and enthusiasm
• Available for full-time schedule, including evenings and weekends
• Ability to sell programs and complete projects in a timely manner
