As the Dual Studio Fitness Director at Orange theory, your role encompasses a variety of responsibilities aimed at enhancing the member experience and ensuring the growth of your coaching staff. Here’s a breakdown of your key duties:
- Lead 10-15 fitness classes weekly, providing high‑energy and engaging sessions.
- Focus on the development of the coaching team by taking classes, offering constructive feedback, and hosting workshops.
- Ensure all coaches maintain full certifications and stay updated with the latest training methods.
- Foster an environment of continuous learning and improvement.
- Develop and cultivate a strong community life at each studio to enhance member interaction and retention.
- Plan and organize events or activities that encourage member participation and build a sense of belonging.
- Handle coach scheduling and possible class cancelations efficiently to minimize disruptions.
- Monitor new memberships, low usage among existing members, and follow up with missed guests to improve retention and engagement.
- Prioritize administrative tasks while maintaining flexibility in your schedule to address immediate needs.
To excel in this role, you'll need strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, along with a passion for fitness and community building. Consider implementing regular feedback mechanisms from both coaches and members to continuously improve the studio experience.
