Position Summary
Assistant Field Hockey Coach (Part‑time, Casual Wage).
Salary: $25.00 – $30.00/hour.
High‑school or college level coaching experience in field hockey, 1–3 years of coaching or participation, and a bachelor’s degree are required. Valid driver’s license is required.

This appointment is not approved to work more than 999 hours per year. If an incumbent works more than 999 hours in a year the appointment may not continue beyond one year of service.

Responsibilities- Assist the field hockey team in practice and competition activities.
- Provide skill instruction and coaching aligned with the Head Coach’s philosophy.
- Support program operations and administration as designated by the Head Coach.
- Scout and code opponents, conduct post‑game analytics.
- Assist with camps, clinics and recruitment of student athletes.
- Model leadership behaviors and serve as a role model to student‑athletes.
- 1–3 years of coaching or participation in field hockey.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Current valid driver’s license.
August 1, 2025 – April 30, 2026.
In‑season:
August–November: 25 hrs/week.
Out‑of‑season:
February–April: 18 hrs/week.
