The allocator is responsible for bringing parts to counter person and technicians in a timely manner.

• Picking parts for counter person.
• Picking parts for delivery.
• Notify counter personnel or Management if there is a discrepancy with any part.
• Communicate with the 2‑way radio frequency by listening, answering and responding to all radio calls.
• Deliver parts to technicians, confirm safe delivery of all parts specifically fragile and high cost parts.
• Assist delivery drivers in loading and unloading merchandise.
• Notify a supervisor with bin corrections needed.
• Stock shelves with parts from daily stock order and bulk location.
• Conduct procedures for receiving deliveries.
• Make sure parts are tagged and labeled with correct parts numbers.
• Restocking all unneeded parts.
• Assist in keeping parts bins orderly.

• Work cooperatively with all departments and personnel
• Superior verbal and written communication skills and inter‑personal skills

• Must have good problem solving skills.
• Must have a strong understanding of the English language both written and verbal.
