Field Supervisor

At First Student, our Field Supervisors are a constant reflection of our company's commitment to safety and customer service. The Field Supervisor monitors driver performance, investigates accidents, administers compliance forms, and reports related activities.

Salary: $28.00/hr

• Monitors driver pre and post trip inspections and equipment issues and takes corrective action.
• Performs driver road checks and observes drivers for work readiness.
• Performs IPP Safety contacts with drivers; corrects safety violations on the scene.
• Dispatches and drives routes as needed.
• Assists management with driver interviews.
• Monitors on time performance.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1‑2 years of supervisory experience preferred
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Computer literacy skills with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Experience dealing with collision and injury claims a plus
• Prior school bus driver experience preferred
• Subject to DOT drug testing and physical. DOT Regulation 49 CFR Part 40 does not authorize the use of Schedule I drugs, including marijuana, for any reason.
