This role is a full‑time Truck Driver position based in the Albany, NY region. The company provides a competitive pay range based on experience and skills.

Base pay: $26.00/hr – $31.46/hr (actual pay based on qualifications)

• Maintain driver logs and complete pre‑trip inspections.
• Follow all corporate operational procedures and QC Standards.
• Adhere to all safety requirements, including FMCSA regulations.
• Maintain the service and appearance of all company vehicles.
• Follow delivery/pickup instructions from Warehouse or Sales Manager.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the Warehouse and/or Sales Manager.

• Authority to work in the US.
• High‑school diploma or GED.
• Valid Commercial Class B driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Current medical card.
• Good understanding of safety procedures and PPE.
• Good organizational and time‑management skills.
• Ability to work unsupervised as well as in a team.
• Availability to start early and work late occasionally.
• Pre‑employment physical, drug test, MVR, and background check upon hire.

• Knowledge of GVWRs, state/federal regulations on height/weight limits, and winch operations.
• OSHA familiarity/training.
• Acceptable DOT drug‑test history.
• Subject to DOT‑regulated random drug and alcohol testing.

• Previous CDL driving experience.
• Previous warehouse experience.
• Experience with flatbed and/or tractor‑trailer.
• Experience hauling lumber or other building materials.

• Frequent holding, grasping and lifting (50‑90 lbs.).
• Frequent use of foot, pushing, pulling and winch tie‑downs.
• Exposure to bright lights, extreme temperatures, loud noise, dust, gas, and fumes.
