Airport Cabin Service Trainer - LGA

Responsible for leading a team and cleaning aircraft interiors, lavatories, restocking supplies. Also responsible for maintaining cleaning equipment and cabin supplies to enable on‑time departure of aircraft.

• Responsible for organizing and maintaining all records for compliance and accuracy.
• Ensures that current training curriculum's and supporting training materials are up to date and the training resources are available to complete all required training.
• Monitors and enforces safe working conditions in accordance with regulatory requirements, Unifi policies and safety procedures, and all applicable laws.
• Promotes and adheres to policies concerning Safety, Anti‑Harassment and Equal Employment Opportunity.
• Responsible for all required record retention is being completed per company guidelines.
• Audits Training records and appropriately resolves any discrepancies. Assists in determining training needs within the station.
• Job responsibilities will also include active participation with team members performing cabin service duties, assuring training standards are being met.
• Perform other related duties as assigned within the appropriate skill and experience capabilities expected for this position.
• Position will require some night shifts. Schedule will be built out in advance to ensure proper work/life balance.

• High School diploma, GED or equivalent education.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Successfully pass pre‑employment drug screen and background check.
• Must be able to obtain credentials required as per airport or state or customs requirements.
• Possess a valid Driver’s License.
• Must have a resume.

• One year of relevant work experience in the aviation or ground handling services industry.

• Must be able to constantly lift, move up, push, pull up to 70 lbs; and constantly walk, stand, reach above shoulder, climb, crawl, stoop, squat, kneel, & bend.

• Must be able to work in rotating shifts and hours, nights, weekends and holidays, overtime.
• Must be able and open to work in outside weather conditions which may include severe seasonal elements.
