The Role

Our Delivery Drivers are tasked with completing local product deliveries and warehouse transfers within the state. You will cultivate and maintain positive relationships with vendors and customers, be a knowledgeable steward of policies and regulations, and efficiently transport and deliver products while delivering top-notch customer service.

We are seeking a part-time, professional, cheerful, and proactive candidate with experience in customer service, punctuality, trustworthiness, and responsibility for delivering valuable products. Experience operating large vehicles and a clean driving record is required.

Responsibilities

• Securely deliver time-sensitive packages to local retailers and facilities
• Load and unload product into vehicles at the start and end of each shift
• Conduct pre-trip vehicle inspections
• Inspect and care for packages in transit and handle company vehicles responsibly
• Ensure all required paperwork is correctly signed off by the customer
• Apply problem-solving skills to resolve delivery issues
• Coordinate with order support to ensure successful deliveries and payment pickups
• Communicate customer feedback to management to improve efficiency and customer experience
• Act as a brand ambassador and answer customer questions
• Provide the highest level of service and stay knowledgeable about Nabis
• Comply with security protocols, DOT regulations, and state cannabis regulations

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer relations skills
• Excellent problem-solving and time management abilities
• Adept driver with a clean driving record and adherence to traffic rules
• Professional appearance, punctuality, and positive attitude
• Process-driven approach with professionalism and patience
• Ability to work occasional evening and weekend shifts
• Ability to lift 50 lbs., bend, stretch, and twist
• Must be 21 or older
• 1+ year of cannabis industry experience is a plus but not required
• 1+ year of customer service, sales, or account management experience is strongly preferred
• 2+ years of occupational driving experience
• Valid New York driver’s license with you during shifts
• Clean driving record (no DUIs and no more than 1 point)
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
