** What You'll Be Doing
*** Operate haul trucks to transport raw materials within the plant site
* Perform pre- and post-operation inspections to ensure equipment safety
* Communicate effectively with dispatch and plant personnel
* Follow site safety procedures and traffic regulations
* Assist with basic maintenance and cleaning of equipment
** What Are We Looking For
*** Ability to safely operate heavy equipment in a production environment
* Strong awareness of surroundings and commitment to safety
* Effective communication and teamwork skills
* Willingness to follow instructions and adapt to changing conditions
* Basic mechanical understanding and attention to operational details
** Conditions of Employment
*** Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
* Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing
** Work Environment
*** Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level
* Night shift
