Purpose of Position

The Pilot provides an exceptional air transportation experience while maintaining a continued safety record second to none on each flight. The Pilot is the face of Net Jets providing not only technically accurate and safe transportation but also an exceptional service experience for every Net Jets Owner and passenger. The Pilot wears many hats resulting in a concierge service level experience ranging from professional aviator to in‑flight service provider.

Tasks

And Responsibilities

• Responsible for the safe operation of the aircraft from taxi, take‑off and landing per FAA, OEM, FOM, AOM and SOPs.
• Greets owners/passengers pre‑flight, introduces them to the flight, verifies itinerary, provides weather updates and safety briefings, and explains any changes.
• Provides in‑flight service including handling of alcohol and catering.
• Loads and stows all baggage on the aircraft.
• Manages flights for owners with pets or who smoke.
• Serves as final authority on aircraft operations and compliance with safety regulations.
• Acts as liaison between owners/passengers and Net Jets from arrival at the FBO to final destination.
• Communicates maintenance abnormalities to the MCC controller and completes related paperwork.
• Performs additional duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Other (KSAOs)

FAA ATP or Restricted ATP with multi‑engine rating; 1,500 hours total flight time (or equivalent); 200 hours cross‑country; 250 hours fixed‑wing PIC; 75 hours instrument time; current First‑Class Medical; valid passport; work authorization in the U.S.; excellent communication skills; ability to make quick decisions; physical ability to lift 50 pounds; ability to handle pets or smokers; TSA security clearance.

Base Salary Range

$86,015 – $117,706
