Consultant, CVM Global Operations & Logistics
We are looking for a highly organized Consultant Coordinator Global CVM Logistic to support global execution of Creative Visual Merchandising initiatives, ensuring timely delivery of assets for seasonal campaigns, activations, and new store openings.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate logistics and shipping guidance for global CVM programs
- Maintain delivery trackers and elevate delays when needed
- Partner with regions, vendors, and carriers to resolve operational issues
- Support documentation and reporting for project execution
Qualifications & Competencies
- 2–4 years of logistics coordination, supply chain, operations, or related experience
- Strong understanding of shipping, customs processes, and delivery tracking
- Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced global environment
Technical Skills
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Suite & Share Point
- Power BI dashboard and reporting experience
- Comfortable with vendor portals and online tracking tools

Return on Aug 17 - Dec 11
The target hourly rate for this position is $40/hr.
