en Development Logistics is an Amazon Delivery Service Partner. We deliver packages and smiles to our Hudson Valley neighbors. We're looking for dedicated, hard-working individuals who are inspired and motivated to be part of a stellar team. As a delivery driver, you will be the face of our company. It will be your job to consistently exceed customer expectations by making sure all orders are delivered safely, on time, to the right location and with a smile.

Successful delivery drivers enjoy being out on the road driving, put safety first, and care deeply about customer expectations and satisfaction.

Fulltime and Parttime positions potentially available.

• 4 days a week with 8-10-hour shifts are typical
• Must be willing to work at least one weekend day
• Typical daytime shift that starts mid-morning and ends in the evening (subject to adjustments)

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Keep pace in a physically demanding job; lift packages (up to 50 lbs.); work in ALL weather conditions during ALL seasons; get in and out of a van repeatedly throughout the day at variable locations
• Load and unload packages in delivery vehicle
• Deliver packages by driving, climbing in and out of the vehicle, and walking upstairs and through driveways in ALL weather conditions, and deliver packages safely and punctually
• Safely drive and perform safety inspections on Company vehicles
• Use smart phone device for GPS Navigation, scanning packages, taking pictures of packages once delivered, clocking in/out, calling customers regarding deliveries, and communicate with supervisors and other team members
• Provide excellent customer service and satisfaction despite stressful events / conditions
• Communicate effectively with support team to provide exceptional customer service and ensure deliveries are completed
• Support the team in daily work requirements including participation in rescue calls when other team members need assistance with their routes

Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Must hold a non-provisional, unrestricted driver's license
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Must have a clean motor vehicle report (multiple violations can disqualify you from the position)
• Must have good English speaking, reading, writing / communication skills

HIRING PROCESS takes approximately 1-2 WEEKS to COMPLETE.It may take longer if you have an out-of-state driver's license.
