This exciting opportunity allows you to be an integral part of our waste management team, where you will drive our state‑of‑the‑art roll‑off trucks and contribute to a cleaner environment.

• Operate roll‑off trucks safely and efficiently to transport waste materials.
• Perform pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance.
• Load and unload containers at customer sites while adhering to safety protocols.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, pickups, and vehicle maintenance.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding service issues.
• Adhere to all local, state, and federal regulations regarding waste transportation.
• Ensure cleanliness and functionality of the vehicle at all times.
• Assist in training new drivers on operational procedures and safety standards.

• Valid CDL Class A or B license with a clean driving record.
• Minimum of 2 years of commercial driving experience preferred.
• Familiarity with roll‑off truck operations and waste management practices.
• Strong communication skills and customer service orientation.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Must pass a background check and drug screening.
• Ability to lift heavy materials and work in varying weather conditions.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
