Key Responsibilities:

- Safely operate a commercial shuttle vehicle to transport cruise passengers to and from parking lots and terminals.

- Assist passengers with boarding, disembarking, and luggage handling as needed.

- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-maintained vehicle to ensure passenger comfort and safety.

- Follow all traffic laws, safety protocols, and company policies at all times.

- Communicate effectively with dispatch, parking staff, and passengers to coordinate operations smoothly.

- Provide friendly, professional, and courteous customer service to all passengers.

Skills and

Qualifications:

- Valid CDL (Class B or higher) license with passenger endorsement.

- Proven experience operating commercial vehicles, preferably in passenger transportation.

- Strong knowledge of traffic laws and safety regulations.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to handle physical tasks such as assisting with luggage.

- Punctual, reliable, and able to work flexible hours as needed.
