New York Stewart International Airport (SWF), located at 1180 First Street, New Windsor, NY 12553, serves the Hudson Valley and surrounding region approximately 60 miles north of Manhattan near Newburgh and New Windsor, Orange County. Owned by the Department of Transportation, leased by the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey (PANYNJ) and operated by Future Stewart Partners (FSP/Avports) under a long-term agreement, SWF is a FAA Part 139 certified commercial service airport offering scheduled passenger service and cargo operations.

The airport plays a key role in regional transportation and economic development and is committed to safe, efficient, and customer-focused airport operations.

An ambassador of the company; professional, ethical conduct is critical at all times. Responsible for the timely and efficient monitoring of the Parking Control System and responding to all customer parking problems in the Terminal Parking Lot. Also performs Customer Service Representative duties as required. Shift work, including weekends, is required.

• Meet and greet terminal patrons and provide directions or other assistance, as requested, while always presenting a friendly, helpful image of the Airport.
• Participate in customer feedback programs including administering surveys to the traveling public.
• Monitor the PARCS system in the command center.
• Be familiar with bus and train schedules and other transportation options to and from the airport.
• Complete understanding of the Parking Control System and the ability to troubleshoot and correct problems as they arise.
• Accurately quote parking fees, schedules, current flight destinations, and days available.
• Correctly explain Stewart International Airport parking policies and procedures to customers as needed.
• Monitor parking lot activity and report irregularities or safety concerns to supervisors.
• Assist with custodial duties and other terminal-related tasks as assigned.
