## CDL-A DRIVER (COMPANY DRIVER) Car Transporters | Vans | Refrigerated Trucks | Flatbed Trucks | Conestoga ABOUT US We are looking for experienced CDL-A drivers to join our team. Our focus is transporting cars, but we also work with vans, refrigerated trucks, flatbed trucks, and Conestogas. Never transported cars before? No problem – we train in our own yard.

> Main focus: CAR TRANSPORTATION. No experience? We will train. WHAT WE OFFER   Pay: 28-33% of gross income

2 weeks on the road, 1 week home   Territory:

Freightliner and Kenworth   On-site training: 1-2 days when switching to a different trailer type   In-house repair shop: less downtime, no waiting in line at third-party shops   Dispatcher to answer calls: direct communication   Long-term partnership: we build a team, not just fill a vacancy for a month REQUIREMENTS   CDL-A: 2 years from the date of first issue (insurance company requirement)   Clean or acceptable MVR: no serious accidents, reckless driving, DUI/DWI, or driver's license revocation;
Individual violations are reviewed on a case-by-case basis   Valid DOT medical certificate   Meets DOT/FMCSA and Clearinghouse alcohol and drug requirements   Can pass a background check and be approved by the insurance company   Responsible approach to safety, safety, and delivery times Trailer Experience

Experience with the type of trailer you want to drive is preferred. However, lack of experience is not a reason for automatic denial. If you have sufficient driving experience with a CDL, an acceptable driving history, and meet insurance requirements, we will train you. Special Situations   SAP Drivers:
We review candidates. We ask about the return-to-work process, current status, and requirements for further testing.
Past:
Previous issues are not an automatic basis for denial. We evaluate what happened, when, whether the case was closed, and any current restrictions. The final decision on each candidate is made after background checks and approval by the insurance company. TRANSITION TO CAR TRANSPORTATION — WE TRAIN If you drive a dry van, refrigerated truck, curtain-sided truck, or Conestoga and want to transition to car transportation, we will teach you everything from scratch:
loading/unloading   vehicle placement   securing   operating equipment   route planning   safety Training lasts 1-2 days at our own facility. This is followed by an internal pre-trip and road test, and only then can you go on a trip. We don’t just hand over a trailer and wish you luck. We train and help you start working with confidence. EMPLOYMENT PROCESS   Brief interview: what you currently transport, what kind of trailer you use, how long you’ve had your CDL license, what didn’t suit you about your previous job.
Check: MVR, driving history, biography, Clearinghouse, insurance approval.
Orientation and training at the base, pre-trip and road test.
First trip with dispatcher support.
