Hourly, Job Shift: Any, Parking Service Shuttle Bus Ambassador

The Parking Service shuttle Bus Ambassador is responsible for operating shuttle buses, performing daily bus inspections, and assisting customers as needed.

• Operate shuttle bus for parking lot customers in accordance with specific standards
• Maintain a visible company presence during inbound and outbound flights
• Assist customers with luggage to and from curb
• Perform and record daily inspections of shuttle bus
• Maintain the cleanliness and minor maintenance of the shuttle bus in accordance with specific standards
• Manually remove snow from the immediate vicinity of parking booth and automated parking equipment
• Maintain compliance with all FAA, Federal, State, Local and Avflight safety policies and procedures
• Perform all other duties as assigned

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrate basic computer skills with the ability to easily grasp the functionality and concepts of company software for paperwork and computer transactions
• Ability to write clearly and legibly
• Ability to work efficiently under time constraints
• Must be available and willing to work varied hours including swing and graveyard shifts plus weekends and holidays
• Must be 18 years or older
• High School diploma or GED equivalent
• Must pass background check, pre-employment drug test, have valid Driver's license with a good driving record within company standards
• Must have authorization to work in the U.S.
• Must be willing to work outside in all types of weather and elevated noise levels within the airport environment

Airport environment:
Indoors and Outdoors. Extreme outdoor conditions where extreme temperature ranges may be encountered.
