This role involves coordinating a fleet of seven vans, planning efficient routes, inspecting vehicles and deliveries, and preparing orders for drivers. • Route Planning:
  Organize and coordinate daily routes for a fleet of seven vans to ensure efficient and timely deliveries.
• Driver Coordination:
  Communicate with drivers throughout the day, provide directions and support, and help resolve any route-related issues.
• Vehicle Inspections:
  Conduct routine inspections of vans to ensure they are ready for daily operations.
• Order Preparation:
  Prepare, organize, sort, and load orders for delivery. This is a hands-on role that requires lifting and moving items.
• Daily Operations:
  Monitor routes and deliveries to keep operations running smoothly and efficiently.
• Quality Control:
  Verify orders and ensure the correct items are prepared for delivery.
• Problem-Solving:
  Address scheduling delays, delivery issues, and other operational challenges as they arise.

• Previous experience in route management, delivery coordination, logistics, or a similar operational role is preferred.
• Spanish-speaking ability is required to communicate effectively with drivers.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to coordinate multiple drivers and routes simultaneously.
