JBF Express is hiring an Over-the-Road (OTR) Class A CDL Driver to join our growing team!We are a family-owned transportation and logistics company based in Depew, NY, with over 25 years of experience in the trucking industry. - Safely operate a Class A commercial tractor-trailer on over-the-road routes
- Transport freight efficiently while meeting scheduled pickup and delivery appointments
- Perform required pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Maintain accurate electronic logs and comply with DOT regulations
- Properly secure and protect freight during transportation
- Communicate professionally with dispatch, customers, and warehouse personnel
- Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment
- Represent JBF Express with professionalism and dependability
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Clean and acceptable driving record
- Previous tractor-trailer driving experience preferred
- Strong understanding of DOT regulations and Hours of Service requirements
- Ability to safely operate commercial vehicles in varying road and weather conditions
- Dependable, professional, and safety-conscious
- Strong communication and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently while maintaining communication with dispatch
- Must meet all applicable DOT driver qualification requirements
