Southern Hobby is seeking a Warehouse Associate. Responsibilities include pulling/shipping/packing orders, stocking inventory, cycle counting, loading/unloading freight, and other tasks as directed by the Warehouse Manager. The role requires attention to detail and a consistent, accurate pace. This is a full‑time position, Monday to Friday.

• Picking: use the RF scanner to pick items accurately for orders.
• Packing: pack and prepare items for shipping.
• Shipping: review, measure, weigh, and select the correct shipping rate and service for each order.
• Assist with quarterly and yearly inventory as needed.
• Maintain regular, reliable attendance.
• Perform other duties as communicated by leadership.

• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Prefer at least 6 months to 1 year of experience in a warehouse environment (willing to train qualified candidates).
• Familiarity with RF scanner equipment.
• Strong organizational skills and work ethic.
• Ability to follow all warehouse safety best practices.
• Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs. as required.

Must be able to lift 50 lbs. safely.
