Logistics and warehouse operator

Responsibilities
The person will be responsible for the entire life cycle of goods entering and leaving the company, ensuring the correct performance of all activities related to the warehouse and guaranteeing the smooth running of the production process.

He/She will be responsible for the following main activities:

• Accepting materials from suppliers, managing the related documents (invoices and delivery notes) and handling and storing goods
• Managing and correctly placing materials
• Preparing materials for orders according to the bills of materials
• Handling the warehouse (mostly manually and with a pallet truck)
• shipping goods to end customers

In addition, together with colleagues, will manage the periodic inventory, taking care of the necessary aspects and ensuring its smooth running.

Profile
We are looking for candidates with previous experience in similar roles, who are confident in using logistics management systems and who know how to manage documentation for incoming and outgoing goods.

We will favor candidates with good organizational and planning skills who are able to work independently, demonstrate a willingness to collaborate with colleagues, and show flexibility in dealing with any changes or new production requirements.

The ideal candidate will also be precise, attentive to detail, and able to interact with different types of business functions.
