Material Handler
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Inventory and Replenishment Associate to support purchasing, inventory accuracy, and materials flow in a manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities:- Assist with daily purchasing and inventory replenishment
- Perform cycle counts and inventory reconciliation
- Track deliveries, back orders, and material status
- Communicate with vendors and follow up on POs
- Enter data and run basic Excel reports
- Collaborate with Operations, Production, and Receiving teams
- Participate in physical inventory counts
- Help identify ways to reduce shortages and waste
- Associate’s degree required (recent graduates preferred)
- Strong computer skills;
Excel experience - Reliable, detail-oriented, and organized
- Comfortable with both office and warehouse tasksn
- Motivated, coachable, and team-oriented
- Must be able to lift 35–45 lbs regularly
- Must be local to Suffolk County
