Inventory Associate

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Inventory and Replenishment Associate to support purchasing, inventory accuracy, and materials flow in a manufacturing environment.

• Assist with daily purchasing and inventory replenishment
• Perform cycle counts and inventory reconciliation
• Track deliveries, back orders, and material status
• Communicate with vendors and follow up on POs
• Enter data and run basic Excel reports
• Collaborate with Operations, Production, and Receiving teams
• Participate in physical inventory counts
• Help identify ways to reduce shortages and waste

• Associate’s degree required (recent graduates preferred)
• Strong computer skills;
  Excel experience
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and organized
• Comfortable with both office and warehouse tasksn
• Motivated, coachable, and team-oriented
• Must be able to lift 35–45 lbs regularly
• Must be local to Suffolk County
