We are seeking a reliable, hands‑on Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations and lead a high‑performing team. The ideal candidate is organized, customer‑focused, and thrives in a fast‑paced environment. This role ensures accurate inventory handling, efficient deliveries, and a safe, well‑maintained warehouse.
Job Type:Full‑time
Hours:Monday - Friday 7:30AM - 4:30PM, Alternating Saturday's 8AM - 12PM
Pay:$20.00 - $22.00 per hour
What You’ll Do:- Oversee all shipping, receiving, and inventory processes
- Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment and delivery routing
- Maintain exceptional customer service and clear communication
- Manage tag-and‑hold orders and warehouse transfer processes
- Receive and inspect incoming materials, document discrepancies
- Maintain warehouse equipment and train staff on safety
- Lead, train, and support warehouse personnel and drivers
- Keep warehouse and yard clean, organized, and safe
- Support cycle counts and inventory accuracy
- Assist with continuous improvement and process updates
- Previous warehouse experience: leadership/supervisory experience preferred
- Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Customer service mindset with strong communication skills
- Ability to lift 35+ lbs. and operate warehouse equipment
